Samaritan Counseling Center provides organizational support to congregations and other organizations.

 

Whenever two or more individuals try to work together, there is potential for conflict when bringing together mixed perspectives of the focus, style, or goals of the work to be done.  Working with and  engaging volunteers are additional issues that some congregations or non-profit organizations encounter.  Sometimes it is very difficult to manage workplace struggles without an outside mediator. 

 

Some Staff therapists have both professional administrative and clinical expertise that may be able to assist your congregation or organization work through conflicts.
